Mainstream Innovative Outpatient Program -

As of July 1, 2018, Crescend Health has merged with PathPoint and will adopt PathPoint’s name. All existing Crescend programs will continue under PathPoint, including Crescend’s Phoenix House and Mountain House residential facilities, and counseling services. Mainstream - An Innovative and Creative Approach to Counseling! Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Mainstream is a valuable addition to the range of services provided at Crescend Health. They are open to the community at large for services, while also providing services to private pay residents at Phoenix House. This highly trained, professional staff focuses on therapy with individuals and their families when a loved one is challenged by conditions such as depression, schizophrenia or bipolar disorder. Mainstream offers groups for clients with topics such as Mindfulness Meditation, Healthy Living, Men's Group and Women's Groups. We also offer DBT informed groups, socialization and recreational groups that foster a sense of well being and connection out in nature. The focus is on a holistic approach to a healthy mind, body and spirit with the support and guidance of of a top notch, professional therapeutic team.
